Chicken and Bean Stew (crockpot)

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs, 1 poundOnions 1 large slicedCanned Tomatoes, 1 14.5 oz. can Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, .75 cup Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tspYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.75 cup kernels Lima Beans, .75 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tblsp
Directions
Put most ingredients together in a crock pot. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
Remove Chicken bones and cut into one inch pieces. Return to pot add frozen corn, lima beans and s&p. cook 30 minutes more.
total = 3.5 hours on High or 5.5 hours on low

    This is good, but I didn't think it was all that tasty. My daughter didn't like the lima beans. - 5/13/09
