.25 cup broccoli.5 carrot0.25 celery stalk.25 c zucchini.5 c frozen peassweet potato200g tomato soup200g chicken breast1 small onion3 tbsp light olive oil1g bush spice
cut up all vegetables and add bush spice and set aside. Dice chicken breast and heat in oil until browned. add raw vegetable mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes. add tomato soup and simmer for 5 minutes. season. this is 1 serving
