Ingredients
Directions
One medium to large bananaStrawberry, sugar-free Jell-oCool whip lite (Four servings is 8 tablespoons)Artificial Sweetener (I like Truvia but you can use any that you would like or leave it out completely)One single serving size (6-8oz) yogurt cup (I get the store brand vanilla)
Slice the banana into slices and add to a medium bowl. Sprinkle one packet (optional) of Truvia (or any other zero calorie sweetener) over the bananas and allow them to sit for a minute or two.
Cover the bananas with the yogurt and cool whip lite.
Empty two single serving cups of strawberry Jell-o on top of the yogurt, cool whip and bananas. I use my fingers so I can break up the Jell-o and make it easier to mix.
Mix the ingredients together and place in 4-6oz serving dishes
Tips:
I like to use the same cups that the jello and yogurt in to save money and reuse the containers. You can cover these with a bit of plastic wrap and take them with you for a snack on the run.
I also like to garnish mine with a quarter slice of orange.
