Scratch No Icing Chocolate Cake

3 cups white flour (I prefer whole wheat)6 T. Hersheys Cocoa1 tsp salt2 cups granulated sugar2 tsp. baking soda3/4 cup canola oil2 T. cider vinegar2 tsp. vanilla extract2 cups water
Sift all dry ingredients into large cake pan. Make three holes in mixture. In largest hole pour oil, in medium hole pour vinegar, in smallest hole pour vanilla. Cover all with water. Stir well with fork. Bake 36 min. at 350 degrees.
