Ingredients
Ingredients: Honey, 1/2 cup Butter, salted, 1/3 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 medium *Flour, white, 1/2cup *Whole Wheat Flour,3/4 cup Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats , 1/2 cupBaking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
Directions
Cream honey and butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in Vanilla, add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl: add to honeymixture alternately with bananas, blending well. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

Bake in preheated 325 deg F oven 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pan ; cool completely on wire rack.
