Ingredients
80 grams tomatoes, chopped50 grams cucumber, chopped80 grams lettuce, chopped40 grams grated raw carrot60 grams canned and drained chick peas1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice2 teaspoons mild wholegrain mustard2 teaspoons honey
Directions
Makes 1 serving

Mix all the salad ingredients together with the chick peas. Mix the lemon juice with the mustand and honey, pour over the salad and mix well. Season to taste.
