Fruit Salad

Salad:1 1/2 cup strawberries, quartered1 cup seedless green grapes, halved1 banana, sliced1 kiwi, peeled and sliced2 small/medium oranges, peeled and sliced Glaze:3 tbsp honey2 tbsp lime juice
Slice up all of your fruit (of course you can add any other fruit you wish) and toss together in a large bowl. For the glaze, combine the honey and lime juice and whisk or stir until it is a much lighter consistency - much more like juice than honey. Then pour the mixture over the fruit and stir together to make sure all of the fruit is coated. Cover with plastic and chill for an hour or so before serving. It also keeps well in the fridge for several days - the acidity in the lime juice helps keep the fruit from browning. Enjoy!!
