Ingredients
1 lb Chicken breast1 medium onion cut in big strips1 medium red bell pepper cut in strips1 medium green bell pepper cut in strips3 garlic cloves minced1 cup Frog Ranch medium salsa
Directions
Place frozen or thawed chicken breast in crockpot. Cut onion, peppers and garlic and place over chicken. Top with 1 cup of salsa and cook for 7-8 hours. Shred chicken with forks and serve. If you are cutting carbs this is great on a salad also.

*Note the nutrition does not include extra toppings or the tortilla. I like to use a flat out bread cut in half.
*Frog ranch salsa is the only one I could find that was low sodium alot of recipes call for taco seasoning and that is to hight in sodium for me.
