Ingredients
16 ounce carton liquid egg whites2 eggs1/3 cup splenda brown sugar2/3 cup nonfat dry milk1 Tbsp. whey protein powder1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup quick cook quaker oats1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 cups soy flour 2 tsp almond oil2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
mix dry ingredients together first, then add wet and mix well. Makes 30 medium pancakes or 30 muffins. Cook muffins at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done. Eat with just a little fruit spread or fruit and cool whip. Yummy!
