Micorowave Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
2 tsp margarine or butter1 cup long grain white rice2 cups boiling water4 tsp. chicken bouillon (dry)1/4 tep curry powder (or to taste)
Directions
Melt margarine in 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish for 30 sec. Add rice and microwave on high or 31/2 min. to brown. Stir in curry powder and Chicken bouillon which has been disolved in 2 cups boiling water. Microwave on high for 3 min, then on med. low for 13 min. Let stand 4 min, fluff and serve.
