What's in the pantry chicken and broccoli pasta

Ingredients
3 oz Foster Farms frozen grillin' chicken strips (cut into bite sized pieces)2 C. fresh broccoli chopped1/2 small yellow bell pepper chopped2 Tbsp chopped onion1 clove garlic chopped1/4 c. Kraft zesty italian dressing1 Tbsp olive oil1/4 C. white wine1/2 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 package Barilla piccolinin (about 8 oz)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Throw broccoli into pot for last 3 minutes of cook time. Meanwhile saute bell pepper, garlic and onion in dressing, wine and olive oil. Toss in frozen chicken and cook through. Drain pasta, toss with chicken mixture in a big bowl. Stir in mozzarella cheese and serve.

    It's good and easy! Actually just the recipe I was looking for that used the fresh broccoli I had and fresh vegetables. The dressing gave it good flavor, I added some more seasonings and replaced the chicken with shrimp. Thanks! - 5/31/09
