Turkey Rice Bake

Ingredients
1 pkg long grain and wild rice (I used ready made rice for a shortcut)1 onion chopped1 tbsp olive oil10 oz bag frozen broccoli1 can cream of celery soup1 cup grated cheddar cheese2 1/2 cups cooked turkey
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Saute onion in olive oil until tender.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to a casserole dish and bake for 30-45 mins at 375 until heated through and cheese has melted.

Makes 6 1 cup servings
