Ingredients
1 -2 lb of steak cut into strips with the fat remoed1/2cup Green pepper cut into strips1 small onion cut1/2 can mushroomsoilpepper(about 1/2 tsp)steak spice(any spice that you like)flour (about 1-2 tsp)just enough to make gravy mixture
Directions
Add a little oil to the frying pan and cook meat then add vegetables cook for about 15 mins add any spice that you like (steak spice, pepper)and simmer for about 15 mins. Remove all the cooked meat & vegs, leaveing the jucie behind make a little thickening out of flour and water( you will only need a very small amount of mixture1-2oz) wait until the jucie and mixture boil and serve
Good with plain rice or mashed potatos.

    Really good and really simple. I like having different colors of bell pepper in it and serving it with some garlic mashed potatoes. I just made it by the recipe and it was good although my veggies were a little over done. - 10/15/11
