Creamed Eggs

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Butter3 Tbsp Flour1 3/4 cup milk6 eggs, hard-boiled, coarsely choppedBiscuits
Directions
Cook biscuits as package directs.

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour.
Add milk all at once and stir until mixture becomes thick and bubbly.
Carefully add eggs and heat through.
Serve over biscuits.

    I grew up calling this eggs ala golden rod. We always have eaten it over toast with the yolks crushed seperately and sprinkled over the white cream sauce. YUMMY! - 5/10/11

    This is even better with yellow mustard and cubed ham. My siblings and I named it "Green Eggs and Ham" when we were younger. (BTW It's yellow from the mustard, not green). - 2/7/11
