Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes

butter, skim milk, egg white, blueberries, oatmeal (1/4 cup), flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar
Melt butter. In a small bowl, combine milk, egg white, and berries with butter. In separate bolw combine dry ingredients; mix well, add milk mixture to dry ingredients; mix well. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot skillet. Cook until bubbles; turn gently. Makes approx 6 pancakes.
