Spicy Roasted Almonds

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil2 cups almonds, whole1 teaspoon cumin1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix together.

When the spices start to bubble, add the almonds and stir well until coated. Remove from heat.

Makes 2 cups of almonds - about 9 servings.
