Chicken & Mushrooms in Wine Sauce

Ingredients
3 cups sliced mushrooms1 onion, chopped2 gloves garlic, minced2 1/2 lbs chicken breast1 cup chicken broth1 can tomato paste (6oz)2 tbsp quick tapicoa1 1/2 tsp basil2 tsp sugar2 cups hot cooked noodles2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
1. In slow cooker place mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Place chicken pieces on top of the vegetables. In a bowl combine broth, tomato paste, chicken broth, tapioca, basil, and sugar. Pour over chicken.
2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve over noodles, and sprinkle with cheese.
