Raspberry Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream3/4 cup sugar1/4 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract1 egg, lightly beaten2 tbs flour3 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh1 unbaked 9" pie crust
Directions
In large bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, salt, vanilla, egg, and flour. Fold in raspberries and pour into pie crust. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes

***You can substitute blueberries***
