Ingredients
1/2 pound ground lean turkey1/2 pound 4% fat ground beef3/4 cup quick oats (oatmeal)1 medium egg1/4 cup water1/3 cup ketchup1/2 tea pepper1/2 tea salt1 garlic cloveTopping3/4 cup ketchup1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together

Divide into cupcake pans

Combine topping mix and "frost" the meat muffins.

Cook at 350 for about an hour.
