Roasted Garlic Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 miracle whip light2 tsp roasted garlic1 tsp salt1/2 tsp chopped garlic1/2 tsp ground celery seed1/4 tsp ground coriander1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley1 tbsp McCormick Mixed Herbs (Coriander/Basil/Parsley)1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Let rest covered in refrigerator overnight to blend flavours.

To make roasted garlic, remove as much "paper" from a bulb of garlic, place in aluminum foil and pour about 1 tbsp of oil on top. Cover with foil and place in a pre-heated 300ºF oven for 45-60 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completey. Remove garlic cloves from the outer paper and place in a jar. Mash with fork until pureed, can be mashed with some of the oil for additional flavour.
