Fiber One Complete Pancake Mix 1 cup Milk, nonfat, .75 cupMott's Applesauce, Original, .5 cupGranulated Sugar, .5 cup Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1.5 cupFlour 1 tablespoon
Add .75 cup of nonfat milk to 1 cup of pancake mix. Stir in .5 cup applesauce and .25 cup sugar. Pour into baking dish.
In a saucepan, sprinkle flour over the blueberries, add sugar and butter and cook over medium heat until the juice begins to thicken. Pour over the batter mix and bake at 350 about 25 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown. Serve warm.
