Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup mashed banana1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 cups splenda3 T milk with 1 T vinegar1 t vanilla1/2 cup egg substitute1 t baking soda1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 t salt1 1/2 t cinnamon
Directions
Combine bananas, applesauce, splenda, milk, vanilla and egg substitute. Mix. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to the banana mixture. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
