Chipotle Lime Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey breast1 large onion3 cloves garlic1 tbsp. olive oil1 - 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped1 can crushed or diced tomatoesJuice of one lime1 can red or dark kidney beansChili powder, 1- 2 tbsp.Oregano, dashCinnamon, dashSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
If you can't find white meat ground turkey at your local grocery, use a breast and chop at highest setting on your food processor.

Brown onions and garlic. Add ground turkey and saute until cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients to taste, bring to a boil, then simmer. May be served as is , over rice, or as a filling for burritos or tacos. Serves 4. 267 calories. 6 grams fat. 9 grams fiber.
