Apples and Rice

Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice3 medium apples, peeled and grated1/3 cup water1 T brown sugar2 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well then spoon into casserole dish.
Cover tightly and bake 45 mins.
Good warm or cold!
