Eggs-cellent egg salad

Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs1/2 C of kraft lite mayo1/4 C of Frenchs yellow mustard1/4 C of onion chopped1/4 C of green pepper chopped1/4 C of celery chopped3 small dill pickles chopped3 tbsp of pickle juice from the jar1 tbsp of garlic powder1 tbsp of black pepper1 tbsp of paprika14 leaves of raw cabbage
Directions
1. Place eggs in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cover eggs and remove from heat, let sit for 15 minutes.

2. Mash up eggs with a pastry cutter of large fork.

3. Mix all ingredients except cabbage.

4. Serve on cabbage or your choice of bread. Cabbage is included in calorie count.
