1 package Sugar Free Jello Gelatin, Strawberry Flavor2 Cups Sliced Strawberries2 Hostess Shortcakes8 Tablespoons Cool Whip Lite
Lightly grease small casserole dish. Pour sliced strawberries into dish and arrange into even layer. In separate bowl, combine jello with 2 cups boiling water and 1 cup cold water. Mix until dissolved, then pour over strawberries. Cut cakes into small cubes and put on top of Jello. Chill for at least 20 minutes. Serve with 2T of Cool Whip Lite on each of the 4 servings.
