Misery Meatloaf

2 lbs Lean Hamburger Meat (or meat mixture)1 minced onion1/2 cup catsup (divided)1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper2 eggs2 slices bread1/2 cup milk2 tbsp. spicy mustard2 tbsp. brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375. Mix the ground meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4C catsup, salt, pepper, and eggs in a large bowl. Soak the bread in a large bowl with the milk for several minutes. Crumble the slices of bread and work into the meat mixture.
Shape the meat mixture into a rough loaf shape and place it on a large baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
While the meatloaf is in the oven, stir together the remaining 1/4C catsup, mustard, and brown sugar. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and continue cooking until the juices run clear when meatloaf is skewered, about 15minutes more.
Slice and serve. Makes 8 servings.
