Turkey Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
1 500g package Mild Italian Turkey Sausage1 onion, chopped6 cloves garlic, minced1 large red pepper, chopped5 large mushrooms, chopped.1 28oz can diced tomatoes3 tbsp. tomato paste2 tbsp Italian Seasoning1/4 tsp clovessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 12 servings (1/2 cup each).

Squeeze meat out of casings. Brown and drain. Add all vegetables except tomatoes. Saute until onions are transparent. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer while cooking pasta. Yummy!
