* Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced * Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup pieces * Spinach, fresh, .5 cup * *Refried Beans, 1 tbsp * Mexican Cheese, queso anejo, * Sour Cream, 1 tbsp * Salsa, 1 tbsp * Butter, salted, .25 tbsp * *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 2 serving
cook your spinach, mushroom, and onion in a pan with your butter
put a 1/2 spoon full of bean in the middle of you tortilla and smooth it out
also put in your cooked veggies and cheese
flood over and put in microwave till cheese is good and melted
plate and put salsa and sour cream on the side for dipping
pour yourself some water spark person and dig in

This was really tasty!
I cut out the butter and am not a sour cream fan so had extra salsa instead. Also, my grocery store didn't have the right cheese so I used a low-fat mozarella. These changes lowered the calorie/fat content.
I think next time I will also add some spicy peppers!!! - 4/5/13
