Lowfat Turkey Eggrolls

1 lb Lean Ground Turkey3 green onions, chopped2 eggs, beaten2 tbsp. soy sauce20 eggroll/lumpia wrappersSalt&Pepper to taste
Mix the turkey,green onions,eggs&soy sauce together. Season with salt&pepper. Lay out one wrapper on clean surface. Spread 1-2 tbsps of the mix in a thin line against the edge of wrapper. Roll tightly,very long&thin,leving the edges open. Seal the opposite end with water.
Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown(about 3-5 mins). Drain on paper towels.
Serve with sweet&sour sauce. 1serving=1roll
Can also be put into freezer. To reheat, put in microwave for approx. 1 - 1:15 mins(1-3 eggrolls)
