Florentine Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast tenderloins10 oz pkg of low-fat frozen creamed spinach4 oz can of sliced mushrooms1 cup of 2% shredded mozzarella cheese1 can Reduced Fat Crescent rolls
Directions
Thaw spinach. Saute chicken until barely done with fat-free cooking spray. Cut into smaller strips. Layer in a 9x13 baking dish: chicken, creamed spinach, mushrooms, then cheese. Top with crescent rolls, sealing seams. Bake as crescent package directs. Serve in squares.
