Turkey Burger - Sliders

16 oz. Ground Turkey, 93/71/2 C. Carrots, shredded1/2 C. Bread Crumbs, Plain1/4 t. Ground Cumin1/8 C. Parsley, dried1/8 t. Garlic, minced1/4 C. Egg Whites, substitute1/2 C. Onion, minced, cooked or 1/8 t. Onion Salt
1. Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine ingredients and mold into patties.
3. I made these into 8 sliders, and baked them for 20 minutes, turning over halfway through. They were pretty dense, and I could have gotten 2 more if I had made them thinner.
4. For larger average size patties, cook for additional 10-15 minutes or until done.
5. I used whole wheat dinner rolls for buns. You can use any type of dinner rolls, so I did not include them in the ingredients list, as they vary so much. So consider your rolls calories etc. when preparing. Serve with fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Perfect for parties too!
