Ingredients
about 5 small potatos pealed and chopped lg. chunks OK1 can crushed tomatos1 can low soduim chicken brothabout 1 cup dry lentils (I used about 1/2 a bag?)about 1/4 cup chunky salsa 3 sm cloves garlic chopped1 slice onion (chopped) about 3-4 strips bell pepper (I used red)italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
toss all ingredients in the pot close lid and bring to rolling boil for about 1 hr (check to see if lentils and potatos are done.
