chicken 450g4 rashers of back bacon,fat removed 115g2 tsp olive oil100mls white wine
Directions
chop bacon and pan fry in 1 tsp of oil
remove from pan and fry chicken, use 2nd tsp of oil if required
add wine to pan and reduce down
