Parmesan Garlic Oyster Crackers

30 grams oyster crakers (about 44 crackers)1/4 teaspoon parmean cheese1/4 teaspoon Kernel Season's Parmesan & Garlic Popcorn Seasoning8 sprays of cooking sprayOptional: Black or cayanne pepper
1. Pre-heat (toaster) oven to 450.
2. Place the crackers, cheese & seasonings in a small baggie. Spritz 3 sprays of cooking oil into the bag. Seal bag and shake. Repeat with 3 more sprays and shake again.
3. Spray a small baking sheet or pie pan with 2 quick spurts of cooking spray. Empty the bag of crackers onto the baking sheet and spread into a single layer. At this point you can sprinkle a little pepper on the crackers, if desired.
4. Bake for 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the crackers in a bowl to cool. Serve.
