Strawberry Short Snake

Ingredients
3 cups flour4 tsp baking powder1½ tsp salt1½ cups fat free milk2 tbsp Brummel & Brown® margarine, melted1 pint strawberries, sliced1½ cups whipped topping
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Slowly add the milk and the margarine as the mixing is on low. Mix until a sticky dough is formed. Lightly spray a baking sheet. Using a spoon, drop the dough onto the baking sheet. Spray your hands with cooking spray and form an "s" with each drop of dough.

Bake at 450º for 15 minutes, until tops are lightly browned. Allow to cool.

Slice the biscuits in half and form your snake. Spread ½ cup of whipped topping evenly. Layer the strawberries on top of the whipped topping. Smooth out another ½ cup of whipped topping. Place the other half of the biscuit on top and smooth out the last ½ cup of whipped topping on top.
