Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 40 inner leafRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 mediumCarrots, raw, 2 (7" - 8 ")Bread, rye, 100 gramsChicken Breast, no skin, 380 gramsCucumber (peeled), 1 large
Cook and season chicken breasts, let cool cut into thin 1/8" strips. Cube up rye bread and toast for croutons. Wash and cut up vegetables into bite size pieces, carrots I shred, shred 2 heads of romaine lettuce, toss in large bowl, serve with 2 or 3 slices of chicken on top, add your favorite dressing and enjoy!
