Vicki's Quick Quiche

1Tbsspn butter1 cup chopped blanched broccoli1 ½ cups shredded swiss cheese¼ cup chopped onion¼ cup sliced mushrooms3 slices of lean ham shredded2 cups milk2 eggs2 egg whites½ cup flour1 tsp baking powder½ tsp salt pinch of ground pepper and nutmeg
Grease a 1L 9 inch pie plate or Quiche dish with butter. Combine Broccoli, mushrooms, cheese, onion and ham and spread in prepared pie plate.
Place milk, eggs, egg whites, flour baking powder, salt, pepper and nutmeg in blender or food processor. Blend or wish at high speed until well combined. Pour over vegetable mixture. Bake at 325°F for 45 min or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let cool for 5 min before serving.
