Ingredients
3 carrots, cut in strips1 stems broccoli200g. green beans2 plum tomatoes1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped1/2 tsp. salt1-1/2 tsp. vinegar
Directions
Take meat and seeds out of tomato and put in bowl. Add chopped basil, salt, and vinegar. Mix well.

Steam vegetables until tender. 10 minutes carrots, 7 minutes beans, 5 minutes broccoli.

Add vegetables to tomato mix.
