Veggie Samosa

Ingredients
1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots1 medium potatoes1/5 frozen pizza dough package1/2 tbsp Pataks Madras curry paste
Directions
Cube potatoes and boil.
Drain, add peas and carrots and curry paste
Roll out dough
Cut out circles with a cookie cutter or a cup
Fill with curry
Pinch ends
Bake for 10 minutes or until brown
