Pound chicken breast between layers of saran wrap until flat and double in surface area. Heat olive oil in skillet. Crush garlic cloves and add to oil, sauteeing briefly. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in oil for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
