Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup cormeal1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanillajuice of 1 lime1 cup blueberries4 ripe bananas1 egg1/2 cup non fat milk1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, baking soda, baking powder in mixing bowl. Mix egg, milk, vanilla, honey, lime. Cut up bananas and mash into mixed liquids then mix. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add blueberries and blend. Fill and bake for 45 minutes.

Makes 6 large muffins.
