Chicken on a Stick

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs100 grams (about 4oz.) teriyaki sauce1 tsp chinese five spicebamboo skewers
Directions
Mix teriyaki sauce and Chinese five spice together. Put in a sealable plastic bag. Marinate chicken for 1 hour. Meanwhile, soak bamboo skewers in water.

Slice chicken thigh into one inch ribbons. Skewer one piece of chicken onto each skewer.

Grill over medium high fire (direct heat) for ten to fifteen minutes. Turn often.

Can be served with more teriyaki sauce for dipping.
