TVP Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients
1/2 c TVP1/2 c brown rice, dry1 1/2 c black beans1 c diced tomatoes1/2 c chopped onions1 t chilli powder1 t garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Start cooking rice, meanwhile make TVP and cook with onions in large skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add black beans, chilli & garlic powder, & salt n pepper. Cook about 2-3 mins or until beans are warm. Add rice and tomatoes and cook until all is warm. Sprinkle with some shredded mozz cheese and enjoy on a tortilla!
