Jen's Crockpot Pot Roast

Ingredients
4 cups water1 package of onion soup mix1 package of frozen broccoli20 baby carrots raw4 medium potatos1 tbsp of garlic powder1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
cut potatoes into half inch circles or if you are using small potatoes quarter them. place at the bottom on crockpot. place roast on top of potatoes then place the carrots on either sides of the roast. then add all the dry spices to 4 cups of water and mix well then pour over the top of the roast. cook on low for about 4 hours then add the broccoli and cook for 2 more hours.
