Chick pea salad

1 15-oz. can chick peas, rinsed and drained1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt2 tbsp. Newman's Own Light honey mustard dressing (or other light honey mustard dressing)1-2 tsp. lemon juice0.5 tsp. white pepper (black is OK too)0.5 tsp. dried dill1 green apple, coarsely chopped1 cup red seedless grapes, halvedapprox. 2 tbsp. celery, finely dicedapprox. 1 tbsp. onion, finely diceda sprinkle of slivered almonds (or any nut you like)
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey mustard dressing, lemon juice, dill, and white pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the chick peas, apple, grapes, celery, and onion. Mix in the dressing, then cover and refrigerate. Top with a sprinkle of almonds or whatever nut you like just before serving.
Makes 4 servings (approx. 1/2 cup).
