Sabrina's Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey3 tsp. Olive OilJuice of 2 Limes1.5 Tbsp. Fish Sauce1 Green Pepper(chopped roughly)1 Red Pepper(chopped roughly)1 Cup Diced Red OnionGarlic, 2 cloves1 Cup Cilantro Leaves and Stems.5 tsp Salt.5 tsp Pepper1 Egg1.5 Cup Bread crumbs
Peheat oven to 375*
Place Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce ,Peppers Onion, Garlic and Cilantro in Food Proccessor or blender. Pulse until well blended.
Add this mixture along with egg and bread crumbs to ground turkey. Season with Salt and Pepper.
For best results form loaf on a sheet tray.Make sure to spray sheet with cooking spray. Sprinkle with a little olive oil on top.
Bake at 375 for abour 35 Min or until it is browned.
