2 Boneless Skinless Pork Chop (3 oz ea.) 1/2 c. Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup1/3 c. 1% Milk6 oz. Potatoes (shredded)1 oz. Cracker Barrell Aged Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese1/4 c. Daisy Light Sour CreamSalt (To Taste)Pepper (To Taste)Garlic Powder (To Taste)Onion Powder (To Taste)
Season pork chops as desired and brown in a skillet on the stove. Mix all other ingredients in a a mixing bowl. Spread in the bottom of an 8 x 8 glass baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top of the hashbrowns. Bake covered at 350 degress for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
