Homemade Crab Rangoon

4 oz cream cheese, softened6 oz well drained crap & shrimp mixGREEN onion sliced thin, about 2 Tblspn12 egg roll wrappers (or Wonton)
Stir the cream cheese, crab & shrimp and green onion together until well combined. Spoon into centers of egg roll wrappers, fold over and seal edges with finger dipped in water to make a triangle. Pull edges together at top and pinch shut or lightly twist. Bake in Cupcake tray at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes until heated through.

I was skeptical at first but this was actually pretty good. I am going to try it out on my son he loves crab rangoon, but he may miss the grease. We'll see. - 5/1/09

I am glad you liked them :) My husband loved them and he is the fried king LOL! He also took them to work and shared them and the guys gave them thumbs up!
