Blueberry bran muffins

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk1 1/2 cup of Kellogg's all bran cereal2 tbsp of vinegar Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes, then add1 sugar free apple sauce pre packaged1 overly ripe banana3 tspn of cinnamon1tsp bp1 tsp bs6 tbsp of egg white1 cup of splenda NO calorie sweetener1/4 cup of blueberries1 cup of flourMakes12
Directions
Mix the first 3 ingredients, let sit for 5 minutes,
Stir then add the other ingredients in the order that you see them, the flour last.

Butter flavor spray.... muffin tin

Fill the tray, bake for 14 minutes and let cool, these freeze wonderful and I make them so that I can eat 2 a day. If you go with no blueberries you can add a tsp of low sugar jam on a warm muffin...They are great!!!
